After struggling with disabilities throughout life, in February 2022 I had the honor of celebrating my sixth year with Interpreting and Application Services, LLC (IAS, LLC). IAS is a small company that assists individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain jobs through employment services. I found my purpose in helping others like myself on their journey to self-sufficiency. I am a Job Coach, Office Manager, and Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor. I also provide bookkeeping and payroll services for my employer and two other small companies.
I am also a mother to three wonderful young men, ages 25, 20, and 17 whom I want to show that if you work hard and never give up, you can accomplish anything you set your mind on. Despite my disabilities I have accomplished many goals in these last few years, but I have so many more goals to work towards. It took a long time for me to get to where I am today and to realize the many blessings that I have been given. I want to show others that if you focus on the positive there is so much more greatness to experience. I hope to continue learning, growing, and helping others reach their goals.
